Did you know that as a DC Solar for All subscriber you save up to $500 a year on your electricity bill? This innovative program was created by Mayor Muriel Bowser and makes it easy to save money on your monthly electricity bill while making our environment healthier and safer.
By participating in Solar for All, you are contributing to a cleaner DC with locally produced solar energy that saves you money while saving the environment. Thanks to Mayor Bowser’s leadership, more than 3,700 DC households like yours now receive solar energy.
The DC Department of Energy and Environment and Groundswell are glad to be able to work together to deliver the benefits of community solar projects to you and your loved ones.
Your savings is delivered through clean, locally produced electricity from community solar projects in DC. Community solar provides the savings of solar to households who can’t install systems on their home, including renters and homeowners whose rooftops may not be a good fit for a solar installation.
