Join us for Rural Resilience: EV Fleets & Rural Communities!

Groundswell 2024

After kicking our Rural Resilience webinar series off in February with a conversation on how the “Direct Pay” provision of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is enabling community ownership of solar and resiliency projects, I couldn’t be more excited to dive into another avenue of how the IRA, and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), tax credits are creating access to building community health and resiliency in our webinar on Wednesday, April 3!

Similar to our CEO Michelle Moore’s story, I also rode the school bus for most of my early education in my hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. Even as a child, I was weary of the smelly smoke that rose from the busses, and while standing in the bus line with my friends at the end of the day was usually filled with joy and laughter, I remember holding my breath as the buses pulled off. I am so excited for the generations of kids who can enjoy the fresh air as they decompress from a day of learning.

Register today to join me as I welcome Keith Dennis, President of the Beneficial Electrification League, and Margarita Parra, Director of Transportation Decarbonization at Clean Energy Works, to provide us with valuable insights into how communities are already utilizing the available tax credits with case studies, background into the rise of EV’s, and more!
